Fasting to make right my mistakes this week!!

That's right me (who before shrugged off fasting completely)...fasting for the next two days.

After various slip up's this week, i thought i'd have to do something quite drastic to kick myself into touch.  So i've decided to fast the next two day (making sure i drink plenty).

It's been hard so far because i've been hungry.. but i don't know if that's because i'd eaten quite alot of carbs yesterday!!
Trouble is everything is looking so yummy to me at the moment :s I'm going to have to make myself up some new rules!

so onwards and downwards hopefully :)
