S/W frozen chocolates

Very yummy indeed! 

I used 1 pot toffee mullerlight and one highlights belgian choc sachet.

Put in freezer in ice cube tray for at least hour and a half :))

Slimming world syn free pancakes

This recipe came up in our facebook group! 

It's for no syn pancakes... Very yummy with a banana chopped and some golden syrup ( synned).

I find it makes one big or two smaller sized ones.

A little reminder..

I found these lists on pinterest... Handy for sticking on the fridge or a kitchen cupboard! Preferably where u keep the chocolates! Lol.

S/w style tuna fishcakes with a twist! Be warned they r delish!

Makes 8 small/ 4 big

3x 110g potatoes boiled (or there abouts)

2 tins tuna

2 Spring onions chopped finely

Chopped jalapenos ( to taste, i used pickled)

Garlic

Salt and pepper

1tsp mixed spice

1 tsp ginger

2tbsp natural fat free yogurt

1 egg yolk

1 level tbsp plain flour (for dusting before frying)

Frylight.

Boil potatoes if not already boiled and let stand for 4 mins to dry out a bit before mashing.

Mix in rest of ingredients except flour and make into 8 small or 4 big cakes.

Dust them with flour before frying in pan 3-5 mins a side or more if you like them really brown!

Ive made the slimming world chicken curry from the magazine with s/w chips instead of rice because ive had that today! 

It is delish!

I made this with mullerlight and chopped strawberries ans raspberries.

Put in tub in freezer and stir every 20 mins. Tasty indeed and no SYnS! 

Slimming world delight!!

Saw the recipe today for this on the facebook recipe group... It is amazeballs!

Baked beans, lasagne sheets, worcetershire sauce, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic salt.

Spinach, mushrooms, leeks, yellow pepper and lentils.

I had mine with peas :))

I have been a terrible dieter since i had my youngest, So i decided to drag myself to a slimming world meeting round the corner and im officially hooked!

Ive just started my third week and have lost half a stone so im very chuffed, still got a way to go though!

My Baby's growing up...

This morning Ethan has had his first trip to the dentist.. Where he was informed he needs to stop sucking his thumb! How the hell am i meamt to stop that?!

AND

We dropped into the preschool he will be starting at after easter (fingers crossed). There i was all panicky that he will stick by my side like glue and there he was charging off towards the slide.  I think my heart will actually break on his first day. I'm sure i'm not the only mummy who feels like this but im definitely wallowing right now :(

My First Post In A Loooong while!

It's been a while... I've been sooo busy at home with a very energetic toddler who hates hearing the word 'NO' yet loves to say it to mummy when she asks him to do something!!

Along with the wedding planning i have been considering going professional with the cupcake making when the monster goes to school next September.  I've had many hours in the kitchen perfecting some recipes :D I LOVE making cupcakes and so does the little one (and the big one too). HA HA
